To avoid further misunderstandings and make the agreement transparent I have added a few changes which you can find under the cut.

I’ve got quite a few questions over last few months about what “derivative works” means in Web La F commercial license agreement – it is true that this statement is unclear and might be interpreted differently.
Under that statement I always meant any look and feel library written based on Web La F and it hasn’t changed.
As of now (November 2014) this is will get you the latest node (0.10.33) but not the latest npm -- you will get npm 1.4.28.
